Oswestry Sinfonia is the symphony orchestra of Oswestry, a small market town (population: 14 000) in North West Shropshire. Consisting of some 40 players, ranging in age from 14 to 80+, the orchestra was formed in 1979, and gives several concerts each year. Gaining charitable status in 1994, its aim is.....

Membership...

We are always on the search for new players to join Oswestry Sinfonia, so if you play an orchestral instrument to Grade 6 or above and want to get involved, please let us know by contacting us.The membership year runs from September to July Rehearsals take place every Friday evening during school term-time. Four or five performances are given each year.
